FileNet Document Bulk Import Software
Our bulk import utility will ingest documents into FileNet using a simple to use graphical user interface that walks the user through adding documents in large quantities using simple excel spreadsheets. Pre flight logic detects errors before the user is allowed to start the import and visually directs them where conflicts are present.
Doc Importer
Simple to install on any Microsoft operating system PC or server. The user authenticates to FileNet and selects the object store and respective classes they have access to. If the user does not have VIEW access the class is not visible in FileNet. After selecting a class the user can click the export sample spreadsheet button to obtain an empty spreadsheet with drop down values, required fields, columns for field names and a source column for the path to the document.

Superior Error Detection and Job Control
Once the excel file is populated with values the user imports the worksheet into the software and clicks upload to start the validation process. All conflicts are highlighted in each row and cell with a mouse over tool tip that informs the user what the problem is. Choice lists, values, field lengths and types are all validated to ensure the entire import will succeed.
Validate 500,000 documents in <60 seconds with ten properties bound to a class. User is presented with visual cues and a summary of all errors are copied to the users clipboard.
